We are only 2-3 months from leaving for our 8 week trip to the Kimberley Region.  We don’t have an exact date as yet, we also haven’t worked out an itinerary.  At this stage it is a ‘wing it’ kind of trip which will have to change as some things need to be booked.

Graham has been wanting to replace the V8 in our landcruiser with a diesel ever since we have been towing a camper trailer as even with a long range tank in addition to the standard tank we don’t have much range due to the thirsty petrol V8.  I have always said no but…. he has found one for sale from an old work acquaintance for a really good price so it looks like he is going to pick that up Monday.  Hopefully this conversion goes smoothly (and quickly) as 2 months will fly especially when there is modifications to do on the camper as well.

I can see a lot of nagging coming up as knowing Graham, he will want to leave EVERYTHING until the last minute and then work 24 hours a day, for the last few days before we leave.
